Guidelines for paper presentation

1. Abstract to be submitted online at upcog2020@gmail.com
2. Themes for papers and posters are:
   
   • High risk pregnancy
   • Gynae oncology
   • Safe abortion and contraception
   • Miscellaneous
3. The first slide should contain title of paper, name of presenter, name of guide and name of the institute
4. The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author
5. Submission of more than one abstract by the same first author is not permitted
6. Review papers will not be accepted
7. Abstract in brief includes introduction, aims and objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusion.
8. Case reports include introduction, aims and objectives, background, case, and conclusion/clinical relevance
9. Abstract should be in comprehensive English, typed in Microsoft word, Times new roman font, size 12 and not more than 350 words.
10. Time allotted for the paper presentation is 6 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion.
11. Deadline for abstract submission : 12th November,2020
12. Conference registration is mandatory for participating in paper and poster presentation.
13. UPCOG membership is mandatory for participating in paper and poster presentation.

Guidelines for poster presentation

1. Complete poster should be submitted online at upcog2020@gmail.com
2. Poster has to made on a single slide
3. Topic to be mentioned at the top of the poster
4. Name of the presenter, guide & institute should appear below the topic
5. File format : pdf, JPEG, pptx
6. Orientation : Portrait format, single page
7. Dimensions in pixel : 1080 width x 1536 height
8. Dimensions in cm : 38.1 width x 54.3 height
9. Font size : Minimum 16 points
10. Sound : No sound supporte
11. Maximum file size : 40 MB
12. Deadline for abstract submission : 12th November,2020
13. Conference registration is mandatory for participating in paper and poster presentation.
14. UPCOG membership is mandatory for participating in paper and poster presentation.
